Our judges come from across the sector, bringing with them extensive experience, knowledge and real-world insight, not only within their professional fields, but through their own journeys in life.

Each judge has reached where they are today through hard work, dedication, continuous education and an unwavering commitment to improving their practice. As our previous judge, Sarah Crawford, so perfectly described it, they are “levelling up” — always learning, evolving and striving to be better, regardless of where they started or the background they come from.

We are incredibly proud of the individuals who make up the Aureum Awards judging panel. Their experience, integrity and commitment help us ensure that every submission is considered with fairness, respect and genuine recognition of the person behind the work.
